COVID-19 May Have Affected Fine Arts – But The Show Must Always Go On
April 8, 2021
Fine Arts is arguably the most affected department by COVID-19 regulations this school year at Minnechaug. However, the show must always go on, and that’s the case in Ms. Sacon’s Foundations of Visual Art class in A204. Aby Haile, features editor of the Smoke Signal, had the opportunity to get a glimpse of how both instructors and students alike have been able to pivot, adapt, and continue creating and learning about art despite the restrictions looming around them.

Awesome work to Aby, Mrs. Sacon, and all our arts (and music) students! It’s very interesting to see how everyone is adapting and still enjoying the process of creating. And very cool to have some videos with Smoke Signal too!
